dart_paddle_ocr is a Flutter package providing end-to-end, optimized on-device OCR inference with PaddleOCR v6 and v5 models, with extensibility to other Paddle models.

It runs fully offline with particular strength in Chinese and other Asian languages, and handles text direction and input-image rotation.

Platform availability: the package is finished but closed source and unpublished. Package and source actions appear once the pub.dev publication exists.
